Tell me about the job
Give your name, a contact number, the property location and a short description of the work. For a door fault, say whether it opens and locks and what the key or handle does. Include a preferred day and whether morning or afternoon would suit you.
You don’t need to choose a replacement part yourself. If you are arranging work for someone else, explain who can provide access and authorise the job. Don’t include access codes or identification documents in the request.
What happens next?
I will contact you to discuss the work and confirm a visit. Your preferred time helps with arrangements, but it isn’t a guaranteed slot. At the job, I assess what is needed and agree the scope and cost before starting.
