We contacted Bret based on previous reviews and wanting a local independent locksmith and pleased that we did! It turns out our mechanism on our front door had failed and was stuck shut (luckily we had a back door key!) Bret diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned the next day to install. Super communication throughout and happy with what he charged. Highly recommend.

Great service! I rang Bret to give me a quote on a lock that my key kept getting stuck in, he said he would be about an hour he kept me up to date with a message saying 30 minutes away within the hour he was here. Brett had a look at my front door locking mechanism, to cut a long story short he said that I was putting the key in the wrong position to open the door that’s why my key kept getting stuck in the lock…….I felt such an idiot felt as if I had wasted his time , but what a genuine professional guy Brett is offering his quick assistance, you rarely come across that honesty these days. No hesitation recommending Bret to anyone, first class tradesman Thankyou.

If ever you have any issues with your door or locks at home, Brett is your man for the job. Honest , reliable and trustworthy and he completed a top top job. The door has never opened or closed so well. I had a secondary issue with the door that the frame was slightly out and causing more pressure on the opening and close (seal) and Brett was able to fix and resolve with great knowledge and confidence. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Brett for your great work.
